The Pantone Colour Institute comes out with a color palette for each season. This season, they have decided on these ten colors for both men and women’s fashion:

After New York Fashion Week, it’s clear that we’ll be seeing a lot of bold red fashion pieces this Fall. Here are a few powerful red clothes that were seen on the runway during NYFW from high-end brands: Jil Sander, Fendi, Max Mara, Carolina Herrera and Victoria Beckham.

Stand out with bold colored faux fur this upcoming season.Colorful fur trims on coats will also be seen in stores for Fall Fashion.

According to Elle Magazine, fur stoles will also be a big hit for Fall. For the love of fur, would you rock this look?

Plaids are always trending for Fall, however, this season take your plaid back to the ’90s and show off new grunge flannels and neutral tones.

Glitter Boots:

It’s time to get your glitter on and shine brightly with this new shoe trend! According to Fashionista Magazine, glitter boots have appeared six separate times throughout the Fall 2017 runways.

Deconstruction Trend:

Remember last season when deconstructed tops were trending for spring/summer? This trend consisted of slashing shirts, slit bottoms and lots of cut-outs. Make sure to keep these pieces in your closet, because this style isn’t leaving anytime soon.

Marc Jacobs turned the whole streetwear phenomenon on its head by taking it back to its origins this season. Jacobs referenced the late ‘70s and early ‘80s when hip-hop and street culture were just beginning to reach the mainstream. Jacobs was making a statement and so were the clothes, which included exaggerations of Rastafarian and Kangol hats, gold bling, major platforms, a huge selection of corduroy, and some killer track suits.
Jacobs is a reactionary in the best way. Challenge him and he will deliver. When he famously kept editors waiting for his show for over an hour one season, his reaction to complaints was to start the show the next season at the exact hour on the invitation much to many guests’ dismay. Last season, Jacobs was called out on social media for his use of dreadlocks to illustrate rave culture while casting very few models of color. His reaction? A show entirely dedicated to the origins of African American street culture and a tribute to its enormous influence on fashion today—complete with a very diverse casting. He went a step further with no set, no music, no interviews, and no iPhones permitted. One can’t help but feel this show was begging for music, but Jacobs wanted all eyes and ears firmly on the clothes and the message.
 


 

Living in Bosnia can be hard. Everywhere you look people are fashionable and perfectly dressed up. To make your life easier, I made this list of 10 MUST HAVE items you should have in your wardrobe this season to keep your fashion game up.


 You need to start with a long coat. Choose a neutral colour, like beige, grey, white or black, this way it can fit with any outfit. For the warmer days, you can go for a waist length jacket. Be creative here. You can go for a bolder colour or for some metallic applications. Also for those days, long vests are a good option too. Lately they have been constantly winning the hearts of fashionistas. If you’re looking for new shoes, than you have two options – knee boots in black or brown and short ones in any colour. Feeling like you want to make a statement? Get those short boots in metallic silver. If you’re in for a long day, you can always bet on classic, skinny, leather or denim trousers with a white top, be it t-shirt, sweater or blouse. But if you are looking for something different, black or white suit is a great choice as well. Accessorize it with a precious brooch and you’re ready to go. If you feel like wearing a skirt though, the ones made of suede or denim are very popular this season.  Lastly, you can cover up your head with a hat. Hoping my advice is useful, I will be seeing you around the city with my new coat and, of course, my umbrella. And remember that the most important things are to feel good in your clothes and to stay warm!
